IPEX 2010 - WHAT A GREAT SHOW!

We thought that rather than go on and on about how many machines we sold, how many £millions of orders we took, how many machines we bought etc etc. We would rather tell you about what a great time the Pinheiros team had at IPEX 2010.

First of all, credit where credit's due - a big thank you to our stand build and design team, QDOS.  We gave them a difficult brief on a testing budget - and they delivered!  The stand looked great and their team were excellent throughout.

Over the eight days of the show we met a lot of familiar faces and some new ones, from all corners of the world.  Some just popped by to say hello, some stayed longer for a beer and some even had their own barstool and beer tankard by the end of the show.  It provided a very nice atmosphere in which to discuss ongoing and future business.

The unusually balmy, continental weather made the perfect backdrop to cosmopoitan Birmingham, and was ideal for entertaining our clients. When we go overseas our clients are always very generous with their hospitality and it gave us an opportunity to play the hosts. I think in the eight days of the show, we must have sampled the dozens of cusines that Birmingham has to offer.

Post-show, the hard work in following up the hundreds of new enquiries for machinery started in earnest when we arrived back into the office and if you have not heard back from us yet, we will be in touch, but please feel free to contact us.  We look forward to seeing you again at one of the many show we will be exhibiting at in 2010 - 2011.

Finally, for those of you who got neck strain walking by the stand or were having trouble keeping their tongues in their heads - our stand girls were the very beautiful sarah and Jess, both of whom also did a fantastic job.

Oh and by the way.....yes, we did buy and sell quite a lot of machines....
